The main Living & Dining Room is an expansive 16.5 in length and 7 metres width, with folding glass doors and a covered balcony running the full length of the room, thereby maximising the breathtaking view and making it an ideal space for formal and informal get-togethers.

It features a cream décor and a soaring roof above an acid marble floor. The living area is furnished with a comfy three-piece sofa suite and a coffee table, while a separate sitting area presents cushioned chairs and a small games table with a chess set.

The dining area is furnished with a table for ten. The room is cooled by ceiling fans and gentle sea breezes; the folding glass doors can be opened up on both sides to allow for cross ventilation. A music system is provided for guests’ entertainment and a washroom is positioned to one side.
