The Elite Havens Group is comprised of three organizations, Elite Havens, Elite Events, and BHM.

The Elite Havens Group has a team of over forty five people. A quarter of our members hail from countries outside Indonesia and have various professional backgrounds including finance, real estate, software, architecture, advertising, luxury travel and accounting. With our broad range of skills, we bring a number of disciplines to bear on the booming but complex real estate market in Bali.

Elite Havens founded in 1998 was originally conceived as an exclusive luxury villa rental agency. Through our work with clients from all around the world, we quickly expanded into other areas of the real-estate business most notably sales (of both land and villas), marketing, event management and villa management. With our thorough knowledge and experience of all aspects of the private villa market in Bali, we are able to provide potential investors with tailor-made solutions in the Bali property market, and source professionally managed villas for retail buyers.

Elite Events

Elite Events is recognized as the premier event management company in Bali. The western management team provides a level of service to Elite Havens, as well as corporate and private clients across the globe, that did not exist in Bali prior to the establishment of Elite Events. The team is headed by Libby Doherty whose experience in delivering large scale public and corporate events is second to none in the region. Prior to moving to Bali, Libby managed major events for the government of Melbourne, with audiences of up to one million patrons. The team of western and local event producers now benefits from her knowledge through ongoing training and development.

Elite Events is aligned only with suppliers that can match their attention to detail and high quality standards. All events are executed with the same professional care that has made the Elite Havens Group the preferred choice for luxury accommodation and events in Bali.

BHM

BHM operates private villas on a par with their high-end (5-star and above) hotel counterparts. Our belief is that potential clients should be able to enjoy the benefits of villa accommodation without having to make a single sacrifice in terms of quality and service. In conjunction with the individual owners of each property, BHM assumes the responsibility for every aspect of a villa's logistical and commercial operations, ensuring that villas are not just well run vacation homes but lucrative investments.

Highly trained Indonesian staff, both local Balinese and natives of other islands, cares for and maintains each villa to a pristine state. In addition to a standard compliment of operational staff, those that take care of the day to day cleaning and provisioning of the villa, all villas also employ chefs and cooks, many of whom are hotel trained or better, to take care of our guests' culinary needs. Each villa is also safeguarded by a professional security team, who ensures that our guests' privacy and safety is never compromised.
